Terms of Service

Current catalog profiles are browsing previews and may use representative names, specifications, or imagery. They are not supplier-confirmed offers or inventory. We verify the supplier, exact product, options, price, availability, warranty, and fulfillment terms before presenting an order for acceptance.

Custom items are produced from the specifications recorded in the order. Any change, cancellation, or return restriction must be disclosed before the applicable commitment or approval step.

Payment and order acceptance

Online payment processing is not currently active. Never send payment-card details through support forms or email. If checkout is enabled later, the available payment methods and complete total will be displayed by the identified payment provider.

An automated receipt acknowledges the request; it does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or accurately be fulfilled. If payment was captured for a declined order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in the accepted order. Timing can change because of production, QC review, address verification, carrier service, customs, weather, or other events outside reasonable control. Taxes, duties, signature requirements, and available carriers may vary by destination.

Returns, damage, and warranty

The Return Policy and Warranty Policy shown at purchase apply to the order. Hygiene, use, customization, shipping damage, and manufacturing-defect rules can affect eligibility. Contact support promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially differs from the accepted order.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, interfere with service, or purchase on behalf of a minor.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Baja Sky Studios LLC disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in the accepted order or warranty policy. Liability exclusions and caps apply only to the extent enforceable and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version presented when an order is placed governs that order unless the parties agree otherwise or law requires a change.
